Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days.
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Disskin GmbH, Am Südend 27, 89407 Dillingen an der Donau, E-Mail: anfragen@disskin.com, Telephone: +49 9074 7959780) by means of a clear declaration (z.B. (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. We will refund the amount due within [number] days from the day we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
